Members of our STLCFA board travelled to Tanzania, Africa in November 2017.  At STLCFA we try our best to help with the local and international needs. We hosted a fundraiser to raise funds for the Children's Cancer Center at Muhimbili National Hospital in Dar es Salaam. Our team members were in direct contact with the physicians for the hospital center. 100% of our proceeds were donated to the Children's Cancer Center.
